March is Problem Gambling Awareness Month!

March is Problem Gambling Awareness Month and Lotto.com™ remains committed to providing lottery enthusiasts with tools to play responsibly. Lotto.com offers features that allow you to set limits on your play. You can set purchase limits, funding limits and excuse yourself from playing for a customizable amount of time.

What are Purchase Limits and Funding Limits?

You may set funding or purchase limits by going to the responsible gaming tab on the settings of your profile. This will prevent you either from depositing (funding) or spending (purchasing) more than your limits allow. A limit you create is immediately applied to your account. You have two options for setting limits:

  • Choose a daily, weekly, or a monthly funding limit

  • Choose a daily, weekly, or a monthly purchase limit

Lotto.com will ensure you are not able to go over the threshold of any of the limits you have set for yourself

You will not be able to increase your funding or purchase limits for a period of seven days after setting them.

What are Self-Exclusions & Cool-Offs?

You may exclude yourself from Lotto.com via the responsible gaming page found on the settings tab of your profile. You can also request self-exclusion by contacting us at success@lotto.com. If you wish to exclude yourself from playing, you have the following options which you can access at any time through your account.

Choose a time period between 72 hours and 3 months to Cool-Off, or, 6 months up to 1 year to Self-Exclude

Lotto.com will prevent you from ordering lottery tickets using your Lotto.com account during the selected time

Any potential winnings from lottery tickets purchased prior to cool-off or self-exclusion will still be made available to you for withdrawal.

Note: To voluntarily self-exclude from all forms of gaming in New York, visit https://gaming.ny.gov/gaming/Self_exclusion.php

Lotto.com is officially a member of the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG). We’re certified for responsible gaming through NCPG’s assessment program (iCAP).
